Economic Reports

The Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS® releases regional existing-home sales price and volume statistics for the preceding quarters. Reports are available for Greene, Christian, Webster and surrounding counties in Missouri.  The economic forcast shows the Labor and Housing Markets by county and by zip code.

The report offers local sales data, economic and housing forcasts, and labor market analysis, all at the county level.
